People ask me on a daily bases, "How is the market is Clarksville TN?" It seems to be a common question that most people from out of the area are asking because they think they can get a great deal on a house in Clarksville TN, When in reality the market in Clarksville has not suffered or at least not much. People are not buying as fast but the houses are still selling for full price on a reqular basis. I have notice it picking back up to what Clarksvill TN Real Estate was like a few years ago when we had multi offers on just about every home. Now I am seeing more and more multiple offer situations. Clarksville TN Real Estate is a good market and anyone who thinks otherwise is not in Clarksville TN.

As most of you know, if you have not owned property in the last 3 years and are not buying a family members house, you should qualify for the $8,000 tax credit. Most people think this will not end until Dec 2009, when in fact it ends 11/30/09. Your home must be closed by that date or you will lose out. I have heard talks of a new stimulus package where everyone that buys a house will get a credit. Although I am not sure as to the amount, I would assume it will be about half of the previous stimulus.

In Clarksville There are programs available to buyers who want to go FHA but don't have the 3.5 % downpayment for a FHA Loan.Laughing The City of Clarksville GIVES this down payment to the buyer so they can close with no money out of pocket. Of course there are some strings attached Embarassedbut for the most part it is a good program.Cool.
